These past couple of months…have really been a trying time. Learning to cope with all of the changes going on in the world these days. Yearning for the days BEFORE COVID reared it’s head. We just pray that everyone stays safe. And…for those who have been affected by this nasty virus…we pray for you and your loved ones. Let’s all do our part to help one another. This…is how we will see our way through this.

On the first page…we go over the different types of repairs we can perform via a remote connection. This is where you do not need to bring the computer to us and, as long as you have a good internet connection, we can remote in and solve most computer issues. Whether you have a PC or a MAC…we are able to help.

On the second page…we go over ways to protect your shared computers as you work from home. The last thing one needs…is to have someone else using their computer and compromising important work data. There are many things that we can do to secure your computer so that this will not happen. Setting up secure connections…setting up separate user accounts for others that may get on your computer…making sure your computers are secure and up-to-date…as well as installing a good, paid antivirus. These are just some of the things we can do to make your devices MORE secure. We have a long list of things we check off when securing both PCs and MACs (as well as smartphones, routers, printers and other devices connected to your network)

If you have any questions about what we have shared in our newsletter OR any other computer-related questions…just stop by our CONTACT US page and we’ll help you out.

If you would like to keep a copy of this month’s newsletter…here is a link to open, download and print it out.

Have a BLESSED and SAFE day everyone…and…Happy Computing!
