A recent version of CCleaner Free and CCleaner Cloud that was released in August, has been compromised.  Hackers appeared to collect information about your computer and then forced the infected machines to install new programs.  Avast had uncovered the compromise on September 12th and new versions of CCleaner Free and CCleaner Cloud were released on September 15th.

Since CCleaner does not update automatically, you will need to uninstall the older version and then install a fresh copy of the new version.  Here are the links to where you can download either CCleaner Free or CCleaner Cloud.
